The people at the distillery are very knowledgeable! They are also very kind and friendly people ! I love the fact that you can learn how to do everything and sample drinks and even sit on the porch with a perfect Mountain View. The moonshine has a smooth mellow flavor thank makes it enjoyable to drink with no harsh burning! I could sip the cranberry all day. And don’t forget to ask them about the California cave that’s behind the distillery! Such a awesome place to visit and explore !
