Aged in a selection of barrels and bottled in Kentucky, Barrell Bourbon Batch 030 is an old-school bourbon you must sample.

This blended bourbon begins with tropical fruit forward five-year-old Indiana barrels. Also added is a group of stone fruit-forward and 10-year-old high-rye Tennessee barrels, along with a group of nutty six, nine, 11, and 15-year-old barrels.

The liquor mingles separately for one month and then gets blended together. They then add wheated bourbon from Kentucky and Wyoming for added complexity. After mingling separately for a month, they are carefully blended together.
